Track Description: This 2-course track focuses on what happens after onboarding. Participants will learn how to inactivate vendors safely and how to set up an effective monitoring process for ongoing compliance.
Course 1: Steps to Inactivate Vendors

Description: Inactive vendors left in the system create clutter and increase fraud risk. This course teaches participants how to design and maintain an effective inactivation process. We’ll cover when a vendor should be inactivated, how to build a repeatable process that can be performed manually or with system support, and how often it should be done. The session also highlights how to coordinate with tax, procurement, and other teams so inactivation doesn’t cause downstream issues.

Participants will also learn how to interpret validation results, document findings, and build an audit-ready monitoring process.
